Refund and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from FORTH Bikes. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following terms and conditions:

Refunds:

  • You may return your product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling fees.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product is returned to us safely.
  • Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Used products will be subject to a restocking fee.

Exchanges:

  • You may exchange your product within 30 days of the purchase date for a different size, color, or model of the same product, subject to availability.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to confirm the availability of the desired product.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product is returned to us safely.
  • Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will ship the exchanged product to you at our expense, subject to availability.
  • If the exchange is for a higher priced product, we will send an invoice for payment before shipping the exchanged product.
  • If the exchange is for a lower priced product, we will apply a refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the original product back.

Exceptions:

  • Damaged or defective items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact our team to initiate the process for getting the situation resolved.
  • Sale items are non-refundable but may be exchanged for a different size, color, or model of the same product, subject to availability.
